Abstract: 
The radial distributions of radiation density, temperature, and electron and particle densities for Zn and Mg were determined at different distances from the electrodes. It was found that the plasma characteristics in the vicinity of the electrodes depend upon the electrode shape. © 1982 Springer-Verlag.
